Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit the site, Vercel processes technical connection data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type) in server logs to deliver the site securely and reliably. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Data transfer to the USA is safeguarded by EU standard contractual clauses. Log data is not merged with other data sources.
No cookies, no tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use advertising or cross-site tracking tools. Fonts are self-hosted, so no requests are sent to font providers.
Small brand logos on the page are loaded from the Simple Icons CDN (cdn.simpleicons.org). When they load, your browser transmits your IP address to that service, as with any image on the internet. Legal basis: legitimate interest in presenting the site (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
Contact form and email
If you use the contact form or email us, we process the data you provide (name, email address, company, message) solely to handle your inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps prior to entering a contract) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (responding to inquiries). Form submissions are relayed through Make (Celonis, Inc. infrastructure) to our mailbox. We keep correspondence as long as needed to handle the matter and any statutory retention periods.
Booking a call
Call bookings run through Cal.com. When you open the booking link, Cal.com processes the data you enter there (name, email, chosen time) under its own privacy policy. We receive the booking details to prepare and hold the call. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
